A TV news piece the other day publicized the return of
Candid Camera. Peter Funt, son of Allen Funt and chief wrangler of the new version, said his program will be just as funny as the original, and has been updated, with episodes on “gay rights” and “immigration issues.” I don’t remember the original doing any “issues.”
