Here it is: "My Dear Fellow American, Are you willing to pay taxes to the United Nations?" And: "Please take a minute to complete the U.N. Tax Notice I have sent you today." The thing is a petition, a thieve's favorite. The petition will be "hand-delivered to Sen. Rand Paul." I don't need to know anything else.)
