17 arrested in Georgia video case


 The arrested are charged with “encroachment of the personal privacy” of Georgian politician Ekaterina Beseliya” of the “ruling ‘Georgia Dream-Democratic Movement’ Party.”


“Investigators have found that the detainees had stored and spread video records, the MIA has informed in a statement received by the ‘Caucasian Knot’ correspondent.
“The MIA has reminded that the illegal obtaining, storage and dissemination of such materials is a criminal offense, punishable by imprisonment for 4-8 years.
Who determines what constitutes personal privacy?
