Dang, girl. Go through the Justice Democrats/Socialist Party Phrase Book and turn that into a proposal presented to the House of Representatives and to the Senate. What you really have is a collection of words that will not pass the House, and certainly not the Senate. All the proposal will do is lead to arguments ad nauseam and recrimination upon recrimination when the bills fail.
