Hospitalized

 Last Sunday afternoon just after 3, I laid down for an old man’s afternoon nap. Immediately upon achieving supine, my breathing became quite labored. Rapid shallow breathing.  I was unable to catch my breath. My wife called 9-1-1. Medics quickly responded and took me to Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. CT scan determined numerous blood clots in my lungs. Surgeons remove the clots within four hours of discovery. The principal surgeon, Dr. Nguyen, laid out each clot upon removal. My wife said she counted at least 20 clots four to six inches ling. I got home last night. Things are better now. I hope not to miss posts again.
