One of those internet poster things

“I hate it when I’m singing along with a song on the radio and the artist sings the wrong words.”

I mentioned that to my wife. She said, “Yes, you expect the person who wrote the song to get the words right. Like ‘There’s a bathroom on the right.”

“That makes sense,” I said. “That follows ‘I see the toilets overflowing.’”

There are web sites for that, probably an app somewhere. Compilers of wrong lyrics can’t get their numbers straight, though.

’23 song lyrics you’ve probably been singing wrong …’

http://www.buzzfeed.com/michaelblackmon/23-song-lyrics-youve-been-singing-wrong-for-years#.cuvxdOpkV

(Most of those songs are new to me.)

And: ’46 songs you’re singing wrong’

(Why 23 and 46?)
