(My goodness! I must open this letter! It is a FINAL ATTEMPT! And such punishment if anybody interferes with delivery.

(Ya think? I’d bet the 185,000 miles on the odometer was a dead giveaway. Except the sender of the letter has no idea of the odometer reading, only that my wife bought the 2010 Ford Flex seven years ago. How does the scary letter company know that? We are supposed to call an 866 number and speak with a vehicle coverage specialist. Nah. We’ll pass.)
