Florida
weather has returned to West Central Florida, at least for a few days. For two
consecutive nights earlier, low temperatures were at or just below freezing.
Not so
today. As of now, 1:57 p.m., the temperature is 81 degrees American. Tomorrow’s
high is forecast to be 84. Eighty-four! An expected high of 82 on Friday makes
these three days almost perfect. We could use some rain, and Saturday’s
forecast shows a 40 percent chance of that.
The dogs and
I are on the patio (lanai in Floridese) – Baker standing alert as she waits for
some movement to bark at, Winston asleep on the couch.
Characters
wait to get into situations that only I can rescue them from, so I must get
back to work.
The seven cypress trees around the pond are in brilliant yellow-orange.
