And, the Civil Rights Act was an accomplishment of the New Deal.

(1)  The 22^nd Amendment limiting a president to two terms went into effect in 1951. Roosevelt died in 1945.

(2)  The Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964, some years after the New Deal.
