That’s not really a joke.

One of my neighbors told me that when I moved into my current house the rest of my neighbors were keeping a watch on the moving truck unloading until they saw the gun safe.

…and on that note, the house on my street that always had the Democrat yard signs now has a “for sale” sign. They tried to force the HOA to start a recycling program on my neighborhood for “just a small additional monthly charge”. They failed cause “wait…you want me to pay more so I can have the added inconvenience of recycling” I smile every time I drive by it.

Thing is, a lot of libs move to Texas for the lower cost of living, but IT KICKS THEIR ASS. Most libs I know who moved here (mostly from California) didn’t make it past 4 years. Eventually they give up and go elsewhere.
