A streamer on Fox News yesterday said the government of China decided to do something about one-use plastic bags. The streamer also said the Yangtze River carries more polluting plastic than any other waterway in the world. People who have been paying attention the past few decades know the government of China does not give a shit what anybody else thinks. The “do something about one-use plastic” is China’s attempt at PR.
