The killers were also shot dead.
“Although relatives of the killed natives of Ingushetia have expressed condolences to relatives of the perished policeman, a blood feud was declared against them. According to the tradition thereof, still relevant in Northern Caucasus, relatives of the murdered person should take revenge not only on the killer, but also on his relatives.”

‘Videos of attack on
law enforcers in Grozny made public’
CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) cameras in Grozny
captured the murder of the policeman, Magomed Djabrailov, and the wounding of
his colleague, as well as the death of both attackers, the "Grozny"
TV Channel has informed.
The "Caucasian Knot" has
reported that on December 28, two natives of Ingushetia, according to law
enforcers, were killed, when they attacked
policemen in Grozny. One of them, Magomed Djabrailov, died; his
colleague was wounded. Ramzan Kadyrov said that the two attackers, natives of
Ingushetia, who had moved to Chechnya in 2012, were shot dead. The
"Islamic State" (IS), a terrorist organization, banned in Russia by
the court, claimed responsibility for the
attack.
Members of the above two Ingush teips demanded from Kadyrov to prove that the killed attackers were terrorists. Magomed Daudov, Speaker of the Chechen Parliament, responded by warning the teips about a blood feud against relatives of those killed. Later, members of the Timurziev and Sultygov teips published a second video, where they stated that they had watched the video from the crime venue, which clearly showed the actions of the attackers - Khasan and Khusein. They admitted they had been wrong and expressed their condolences to the family of the killed policeman.
Chingiz Akhmadov, Director of the "Grozny" TV Channel, has posted a
video on the Instagram, in which a young man reads out the text of the oath for
the IS. Mr Akhmadov claims that the voice in the record belongs to one of the
Timurziev brothers.
Although relatives of the killed natives of Ingushetia
have expressed condolences to relatives of the perished policeman, a blood feud
was declared against them. According to the tradition thereof, still relevant
in Northern Caucasus, relatives of the murdered person should take revenge not
only on the killer, but also on his relatives.
