Using now names to choose a president
(Note “choose” rather than “elect,” since the latter has such an old-fashioned, patriarchal, you know, sort of Constitutional sound, although “voting” would work, since that is what the viewing audience does for Dancing with the Stars and American Idol and other shows, so I have read.)
Previous presidents had such old fashioned names. GeWa, JoAd, ThJe. OK, the first two aren’t too bad, but how could anyone vote for ThJe? Is that pronounced “Thuge?”
Those were the first three. The remaining prezes: JaMa, JaMo, JoQuAd, AnJa, MaVaBu, WiHeHa, JoTy, JaPo, ZaTa, MiFi, FrPi, JaBu, AbLi, AnJa, UlGr, RuBHa, JaAGa, ChAAr, GrCl, BeHa, WiMc, ThRo, WiHoTa, WoWi, WaGaHa, CaCo, HeHo, FrDeRo, HaTr, DwDaEi, JoFiKe, LyBaJo, RiMiNi, GeFo, JiCa, RoRe, GeHeWaBu, WiCl, GeWaBu and BaHuOb.
Some might make MTV coverage or ESPN highlights.
Several would do as Star Wars characters,
Who do we have today? From the Dem side: HiRoCl, MaOm and LiCh.
Announced GOPers: BeCo, TeCr, CaFi, LiGr, MiHu, GePa, RaPa, RiPe, MaRu and RiSa.
I don’t know. We could use a JaLo or two.
