College Board’s statement to students whose SATs were lost:
“’We share the frustration of affected students and their families. Every effort is being made to locate the shipment. In the meantime, we are working to provide options to accommodate these students, including a makeup test day or transfer to a future test.’”

Hey, College Board excuse writer: You do not “share the frustration.” You did not take the tests that were lost. You might be, and should be, embarrassed, but having a share in frustration you do not.
And that “provide options” is a PR way of saying, “You gonna take the test again.”
