It happens

On 29 July 1970, near Bien Hoa, South Vietnam, four men were killed “when the weapon of another vehicle was accidentally discharged striking (a) vehicle. One tank was moving out of night defensive position.  Another tank accidentally fired its main gun hitting this tank and another tank.”
