Why
not start at the top?
“According to Cisco’s (NASDAQ: CSCO) latest diversity
report, 3.8% of its overall workforce is Black, along with 2.2% of
its ‘leadership and people managers.’ No board members are Black: Cisco’s
report states the board is 90% white and 10% Asian.
