million for a permanent place to display climate change art.

“World class art,” says an
official.
Art will address “climate
justice,” because “Climate change affects marginalized, low income communities first … ”
Yep, people in those marginalized,
low income communities are falling to their knees in gratitude, knowing that
$2.4 million spent on world class art shows the California government really cares.
