On Friday I lifted 7,900 pounds. Not bad for a 70-year-old out of shape man. Last Wednesday my total was 8,600; last Monday was 8,420; and the Friday before was the same. My wife and I have been doing this for two months. I haven't lost any weight, but my jeans are falling off. And, I am not as prone to lose my balance.
Keep moving. It's the best way to stay alive. And, it's more difficult to hit a moving target.
