Why people who don’t know English should be prohibited from writing headlines

Headline: ‘Censured Titanic Pictures Finally Revealed’

“Censured” – faulted, criticized, reprimanded, condemned.

Past tense of "censure” – express severe disapproval, typically in a formal manner.

As opposed to “censor,” which means to officially suppress or remove from distribution.
