Mouse on a plane!

Incident: Zhejiang Loong A320 near Hangzhou on Feb 26th 2016, in need of a cat.

A Zhejiang Loong Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration B-1868 performing flight GJ-8823 from Hangzhou to Bijie (China), was enroute at 9200 meters about 200nm westsouthwest of Hangzhou when the crew decided to return to Hangzhou after a mouse had been spotted on board of the aircraft. The aircraft landed safely back in Hangzhou about 75 minutes after departure.

A replacement Airbus A320-200 registration B-8148 reached Bijie with a delay of 5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground about 21 hours after landing for being disinfected.

Incident: France A320 at Paris on Feb 19th 2016, near collision with drone

An Air France Airbus A319-100, registration F-GKXT performing flight AF-1149 from Barcelona,SP (Spain) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (France), was on approach to CDG's runway 26L descending through 5500 feet while on downwind about 17nm eastsoutheast of CDG Airport, when the first officer spotted a drone at their 11 o'clock position, disconnected the autopilot and initiates an evasive maneouver calling out the drone to the captain. The captain sighted the drone, too, and estimated the drone passed about 5 meters/15 feet underneath their left hand wing. The crew continued the approach, reconnected the autopilot and performed a safe landing on runway 26L.

On Mar 2nd 2016 The French BEA reported, the occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated by the BEA. The crew immediately advised ATC of the presence of the drone, the aircraft was descending at a vertical rate of 1000 fpm and 220 KIAS at that time.
