Moscow panics

From The Moscow Times.

Russia has 20 confirmed cases of coronavirus. In response, Moscow promises to build a new $135.7 million hospital to treat the disease. The new hospital will be the third in Moscow assigned to treat coronavirus patients. Officials did not say when construction will start, but the decree orders heating systems and heating equipment installed within a month. Almost all the cases so far have been in people who recently traveled to Italy.

(Comment: How long will construction take? No one says. How many patients does the Russian government expect? No one knows.)
