Another dumb poster thing

If you love a flower, don’t pick it up.
Because if you pick it up it dies
and it ceases to be what you love.
So if you love a flower, let it be.
Love is not about possession.
Love is about appreciation.

(It’s on somebody’s facebook page, to which I will not link, because the page is full of stuff like that and “likes” and “wows” and things.

(One other thing: What happens to a flower if you do not pick it? Answer: It dies.

(That is what flowers do; they bloom and then they die. Will a flower live any less longer if I pick it and put it in a vase and keep it watered? Nope.

Well, duh

I ran across these purported Facebook posts, comments on Titanic:

“i think Titanic is fake because, how do they record it when they are all like dieing in water?”

“it’s a remake of what actually happened isn’t it?”

“so the people i the movie arnt alive?”

I wondered: Are there people that stupid? (We know the answer.)

And: People who believe movie stuff is real, how do they get through each day sane? Can you imagine walking out of the theater, believing all those people drowned?

I hope they don’t reproduce. Or vote.
