Yankee drivers

Back in Texas people who moved from Up North complained about Texas drivers come a snow storm: “These Texas drivers don’t know how to drive in the snow.”

Yeah, because the more snow you get, the better you can drive in it, right?

Here in Florida, it's dry roads and sunshine that stymie the drivers from Up North.
