Seems to me there’s only one way to establish one-gender-fits-all: lower present men’s PT requirements, or raise present women’s requirements.
Either way, a 20-mile road march with 50-pound rucksack plus weapon plus ammunition don’t care about PT standards – You can either make it or you can’t.
