And to reinforce the positive aspects of whatever the headline means, the lead paragraph enthused:

“Fashionably dressed young Russians mingled in a large hall in central Moscow, decorated with balloons and pink stripes to sip champagne and talk about women’s rights.”

Well. Bless their hearts. Or perhaps their vaginas.

Russian feminism, then, is fashionably dressed young women sipping champagne and talking about what their vaginas want. But nothing sexual, you understand.
