If you are a citizen of the United States of America, natural born or naturalized, you won the world's greatest lottery. Happenstance or G-d-decided, you have more freedom, liberty and responsibility than any other people in the world. Your responsibility is to make sure you do nothing that lessens the freedoms of your fellow Americans or of whatever freedoms other nationalities have.
Anyway, have a good meal and thank G-d you are American.
If you are not American, do what you can to become one.
