Heart and blood at Christmas

For Christmas my wife bought two smart watches. I don't know what the name is, but the watches do a bunch of stuff, so they are smart watches.

She and I both keep track of pulse rates and blood-oxygen counts.

My heart and my lungs are doing a good job. My pulse rate generally falls between 55 and 59, although this morning I had a rate of 51 and then 50. Blood-oxygen levels almost always are 98, 99 or 100. My wife said her blood-oxygen almost always is 97 or higher, but her pulse rate sometimes is as high as 88.
