Physical therapy

10-minutes on stationary bicycle: No problem.

Standing on angled board to stretch leg muscles: No problem.

Stretching forward while seated: No problem.

Leg lifts with weights while seated: No problem. I could do that for hours.

Leg lifts while lying on back: Problem. Difficult to do.

Leg lifts while lying on side: Difficult, but not as much as the above.

Reverse leg lifts, standing, with weights: No problem.

Lifting each foot and placing on wooden box: Problem. Lots of groaning and temptation to lift right leg with hands. Three-inch and two-inch lift really difficult. One-inch lift no problem.

Walking out of clinic: Difficult.

I do this only three one-hour sessions each week.
