AF officer kicked out got paid for six more years

Maj. Brandon Bailey was convicted by court martial in 2010 for drug and theft charges. Due to an “administrative error,” though, he was paid $800,000 over a period of six years.

    Presuming that he declared that as income. Hate to see the IRS go get him

    The story said he had to pay $1.4 million in fines and give up some real estate. Could be some of that cash was assessed by the IRS. Or, tax people might not have yet displayed their hooks.
