While perusing the interweb...

 …I came across a small town in West Central Oklahoma. A restaurant was on the Google map. Included in the restaurant’s menu were these listings from October 2019:

Sides

Okra -- $7

Corn Nuggets -- $7

Fried Green Beans -- $7

Fried Pickles -- $7

Fried Mushrooms -- $7

Favorites

Cheese Nachos -- $8

Chili Cheese Nachos -- $9.50

Chili Cheese Dog -- $4.50

Those must be some pretty good pickles, and those other sides seem a mite costly as well.

Then there was this:

Calf Fries -- $9 w/fries -- $14

I have eaten a lot of places – Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri and some others – but never until now did I see “Calf Fries” on the menu. I have never eaten any, nor do I intend to.
