We got the edge, wind and rain, not too much of either. Electricity was out from around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday until 2 a.m. today. Had supper by flashlights and sun streaming through the open front door. Cold Pop Tarts. Our Kevlar lanai screen did what it was supposed to do -- kept wind and rain away from outdoor furniture. The last hurricane we had, in 2017, outdoor furniture wound up in the living room and dining room. A wee bit crowded.

Good to see that you came through it with minimal problems.
ReplyDeleteVery minimal. No power for a few hours is quite survivable.
