Terrorists decide to fire rocket. Fishermen off the coast do not realize they are in the impact zone. The impact zone apparently includes all of the Mediterranean Sea and all land touched by ocean waters.
Three Palestinian fishermen were killed.
The Palestinian Information Network claims “that the three fishermen were killed as a result of Israeli shelling.”
PIN should remember that Israeli forces know the difference between a boat on the ocean and a land target.
