Woman (allegedly) passes cop car to (allegedly) run red light

Shamika Thomas also (allegedly) had two outstanding warrants, was (allegedly) in possession of heroin, which she thought was fentanyl. A body scan (allegedly) showed something hidden in an area of her body police are not allowed to search. 

Police also said Thomas resisted arrested, necessitating use of “joint manipulation and balance displacement techniques.”
