A New World with an International Tax

 The G7 tax has all the right words to make it dangerous: German finance minister, “tax justice”; US treasury secretary, “fairness for the middle class”; several, “pay their fair share.” And, The Wall Street Journal says the deal includes “a new way of sharing the revenues.” Ah, yes. The world’s biggest economy (US of A) X 15 percent; Tanzania economy X 15 percent. Who is going to “share” with whom?
